We appreciated her approach for viewing houses and providing an honest take on pros and cons of various places. Once we decided to put in an offer, she handled getting all inspections scheduled promptly and provided expert guidance when going through our negotiation phase. She was also able to get multiple contractors to come out and provide next day quotes for a major plumbing issue that helped inform how we proceeded with our transaction.
