Michael & Lesha provided me with the proper guidance and helpful insights that made my home more desirable for a quick sale. There were several issues that arose during the sale process that were handled professionally and quickly by Michael & Lesha which made my life much easier without any stress. I would highly recommend The Nugent Freeland Team to anyone wishing to buy or sell a home. Roy H.

Lesha went above and beyond to make sure I made informed choices when listing my house and looking at offers. Her wealth of knowledge is extensive — and her willingness to research anything she’s not sure of is refreshing. Most of all, Lesha really looks out for you — she had my back at every turn.

Personal service, knowledgeable in the field, very professional

I would recommend this company and personally Micheal Freeland to everyone. My mother’s house had been on the market a little over a month and he was able to sell it within that short time . Not only has he been very professional and understanding but he listens to what matters to my mother and delivers that and more . Micheal thanks you for everything and more

Quick sale of asking price before sign was made. No complaints and looking forward to possibly working with them in future sales and investments.

Michael and Lesha were amazing. They guided me through the sale of my very unique property. They did their research and was able to recommend a selling price that brought in multiple offers. They are extremely professional and would definitely use them again for any real estate transaction.
