The Glass is Half Full

I am a pessimist and, by nature, the glass is always half empty. Bill Morgner is an optimist and, by nature, the glass is always half full. I know that what I am about to say may sound weird, but, when Bill was around, my glass was always half full. That may not seem like a compliment, but for me to remain positive throughout the entire process of selling our house is proof that Bill and his team possess an intangible gift because anyone who knows me knows that I always think of the worst case scenario. 5 stars to Bill and his team for great service and professionalism.
