An Amazing Team

I have bought and sold 7 houses. And, I have never had the experience I had with The Morgner Group. They are amazing. They work together like a ballet. Everyone is informed and everyone has a role. All are are ready to make sure my selling and buying need were met. When I needed a painter, a handyman, a house cleaner etc., they contacted the vender. and followed up. And -- they had the photographer take the best pictures of my house and yard. The photographer came twice -- day time and night time. Also took drone shots that were wonderful. Bill walked me through the contract and keep me informed with all the docusign needs. He advised me about pricing, offers and counter offers. I had an excellent offer in 3 days. It was almost too fast. Thank you
