Jim Bilwacks, my main contact and Dorothy and Lauren Moore guided me through Arizona real estate law options and what reputable companies I needed to go to for repairs and sprucing the home up. Since I live in another state, Jim met with multiple people to give them access to the house. It seemed like there was a solid month of appointments to prepare the home to be listed. He also helped us clean out the home and donate most items to charitable establishments. He even spread the word about two cars we were selling and found the buyer for one! After we painted the exterior Jim made sure the swallows could not build a new nest and create a mess on the new paint job. He did that nearly daily.
