Michelle Lummus Sold My House Michelle was exceptionally knowledgeable about what it would take to get our house sold quickly. She knew the market well and helped us establish a market price, and we actually sold it for the asking price. Awesome Agent Michelle was recommended by a family member that had a great experience. 4 Hours after the property was listed we started to have request for showings. Michelle received feedback from the 1st showings and made some recommendations. I was not in a position to arrange or be in town for contractors to come in give the condo fresh paint. Michelle made all the arrangements with a local contractor and was hands on to get them in the condo while they worked. A few days later we had a contract on the condo. A week before closing I had a family emergency that caused me not to be available during the closing, and take care of all the final cleaning. Michelle was able to take care of all the final inspection and making sure it was 100% for the new owners. Without Michelle I would not have been able to make this happen.
