I met Denise and Cortney Laugesen over a year and a half ago. They came highly recommended from a very close friend of mine. I am so happy i chose this dynamo of a team. They were very professional, competent, personable and kind. They helped me sell furniture pieces i did not want to take to my next home. They were there every step of the way when I had questions or concerns. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them. I have lived in this house for 33 years. They were sensitive to my emotions and guided me through this entire journey. I feel extremely lucky to have chosen them and then to have such a special experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed a referral.

Cortney helped my wife and I purchase our first home together and we couldn't be happier with the work she did on our behalf. Her knowledge of the Peninsula / South Bay market was evident from the first time we met with her. She was super responsive when it came to answering our questions no matter when we asked; nights and weekends included. The thing we liked the most was her ability to tell us what to do without implicitly stating it. She was great at telling us when to be flexible and also when to pull back. Overall, my wife and I feel very fortunate to have worked with someone as amazing as Cortney in this crazy market.
