I recently worked with Rick Brainard of The Laue Team for two simultaneous transactions as I downsized. Rick was attentive to my needs and goals from beginning to end. He listened, he communicated, he provided information on homes (some prior to their listing), he and his team provided guidance on preparing my home for listing and did a great job with setting the price, the photos and marketing the property. My larger home got multiple offers and sold in one day for over the asking price, and my offer on the smaller home was accepted the same weekend. From there, he kept the transactions coordinated and they both closed on the same day.
