We were truly blessed to have Connie Kappert as our agent. We had purchased a house in Tennessee and then we knew we had to circle back and sell our house in Illinois. She was referred to us by our Tennessee agent and it was pure serendipity. Frankly, we won the Realtor Lottery when Connie agreed to help us sell our Illinois house. She came out quickly, evaluated the house, recommended a selling price and we signed a listing agreement. We had the home sold in about three weeks. First family that looked at the house eventually made the offer for higher than our asking price and it was sold. We kept in contact by e-mail and text. If I had another house to sell in Illinois, I would beg her to sell it for us!

Connie had names of people to repair, landscape and clean. Using apps on the phone to manage showings and electronically sign documents made everything so easy.
Connie had to work around the Coronavirus restrictions and was able to get the job done. She brought issues to our attention immediately and we were able to keep the house in the best possible shape for showing. We also had to work long distance at the last and she made it really easy. She answered all our questions and put us at easy. She will treat you as you are her only client. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their house.
