Trish and Jon are both absolutely incredible. This is the second home they've helped my husband and I buy, and I'm so grateful to them both. Four years ago, Trish Coren and Jon Lichterman helped us buy our first home, a daunting process that we were totally unfamiliar with but that they guided us through with professionalism and care. Earlier this year, we were lucky, once again, to be able to work with them to sell that home because we had decided we needed more space. Knowing them to be both highly knowledgeable and extremely trustworthy, it was easy for us to defer to them on how to approach things like staging, listing price, open houses, and the often very nerve-racking process of offers and counteroffers. Things moved quickly after our initial conversation with them, and at times it felt almost too quick, but again, we trusted them, and that trust was rewarded. Ultimately we were able to sell our home at a price near the top end of what we had hoped for, with very minimal disruption to our lives and even amidst all of the complications that came with the arrival of the COVID pandemic. There are a million ways that things might have gone wrong, and we often found ourselves fretting that they would, but our anxiety was always held in check by the calm professionalism that Trish and Jon conduct themselves with and eased with their wise and boundless counsel. As we've learned, buying and selling a house can be an extremely complicated and stressful process. But Trish and Jon are so good at what they do that we wish we could buy and sell houses all the time. We could not possibly say enough good things about them or recommend them more wholeheartedly.
