Oliver Indra helped us with a complicated sale of our home in Encinitas and the simultaneous purchase of a new home. He always went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as it could be. We even had some fun along the way! Oliver was never out of contact, so we always knew how he was marketing our home and about new prospects for purchase. He could anticipate and explain every part of the process, and he was able to draw on Melia Indra for additional expertise with staging and for open house support. She is great, too! We think, with Oliver's help, we have found our forever home, but if we need to move in the future, I would definitely ask Oliver to be our realtor again.
