I started off as being very skeptical based on a previous bad experience with a realtor from a home I purchased previously. Much to my pleasant surprise, I found Laura and Kathy to be extremely professional, responsive, and dedicated to me, their client. Laura was extremely patient and took time to answer all of our questions and never begrudgingly. She always seemed eager to explain and to be helpful. When it came to negotiations, that was where she really shined. My wife and I walked into what we already considered to be a good deal and Laura prompted and advised my wife and I to ask for things that we never thought of...and we got what we had asked for. An analogy that I think best descrives Laura , is that she is like a hot shot attorney and really does look out for the best interest of her clients. If you want a realtor that will fight the realty system for the best deal you can get, Laura is the realtor. I can not say enough good things about how she turned this potentially onerous experience into a rather painless process and the result is that my wife and I have a very nice home. You can not go wrong with Laura Stevens.
