Bonnie and Tina at the Hungerford Team were great from start to finish--from the first request for them to show us a place to finally celebrating our new home purchase together over margaritas by the pool. Both of them were always available and happy to show us listings, share their insights/expertise, and offer friendly words of support, such as they did when we got a little discouraged along the way. In addition to helping us with a very smooth transaction to get our place, they also assisted us with taking care of some small home repairs (introducing us to their handyman, Mikey, who proved a valuable helper with several minor house issues!) and assisting us with getting home warranty coverage of our pool heater when it unexpectedly went out. We are very happy with the service they provided, and we will happily recommend them to our friends.
Wow, where do I start? I started working with the Hungerford Team when I purchased my condo in 2003. They worked with me on leasing the condo for years and I really loved how we had a business relationship which turned into a friendship. When I needed a dining table for my unit, Bonnie went and bought one for me and delivered it herself since I am not local. She has always been there for extra's she did NOT have to do. Recently I sold my condo and Bonnie went beyond the call of duty again by supervising the painting of my unit and virtual staging the unit which was amazing!!! The escrow was smooth from start to finish which is a joy in itself especially when I am not local. I highly recommend the Hungerford Team, they put in 110% always and I am so glad I met Bonnie back in 2003!

With the unexpected passing of my sister, covid, and being 2300 miles away selling a condo in Palm Springs seemed a daunting task. We contacted Bonny and her team and they understood our situation and went right to work. We could not travel to Palm Springs and the condo needed to be prepared for sale she set a crew that moved out old furniture, made repairs, and cleaned everything. We discussed price and her knowledge of the market got us top dollar, a qualified buyer, a one week sale and one month closing. There attention to detail and anticipation of problems made everything run as smooth as silk. I know there are many agents you can choose from but not many who can handle all the things needed to sell or buy a home. We have bought and sold four homes and the Hungerford Team was the best ever.
