After thirty years of raising our children in a beautiful home set on 40 acres, we decided to move closer to our grown children and grandchildren. The idea of leaving our family home and the countryside was difficult, but we found a wonderful team in Windsong Realty to help us through this process. Steve and Karen came to our home and really listened to the things we loved about our property and included those things in their online description. The photography was beautiful, especially the drone photos. The showings began immediately. We were included in the fall Tour des Farms. Over 40 people saw our property that day. In less than a week we had competing offers bringing us a price above asking. Following the purchase agreement the real work began – inspections, water tests, etc. Karen was on top of everything and helped us through the process.
