We chose Derek to to help us with the process...
We chose Derek to to help us with the process of selling our current home and purchasing a new home. This process can be very stressful due to the timing of selling and buying, and all the things that go into organizing such a transaction. This is where working with an experienced real estate agent is crucial. We're extremely glad we chose Derek to help us through this process. His knowledge and experience made a significant difference in the entire process when comparing it to our prior real estate transaction. We'll proudly use Derek in the future, and will recommend him to everyone we know!
