Two and a half months after we went under contract, all of the similar properties have not yet gone under contract. Took control of the dreaded inspection requests and controlled the costs to almost nothing. I was very concerned about overpaying just as the market was souring. Never pressured us into making a home buying decision that wasn't right for our family. Thoughtful input helping us decide that a new build would best suit our future home needs. Very quick and responsive to all of our multiple time sensitive requests.
