Randy and The Devries Team have been responsive and excellent since the first phone call! After a couple of previous attempts to sell our house in the past with other realtors, we asked Randy and The Devries Team to help us one final time. After an initial phone call, they quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure we had what we needed to have our house in perfect showing condition. With a few quirks to our home, they had the data and comps to back up their decision for pricing and a great marketing plan to get it get it sold quickly and within a week the house was sold. They were great to work with through the contract agreement and closing details. We will definitely use them again for selling or buying!
