After my mother died we were pleased to hire the DeVries team to oversee the property, find qualified renters, and take care of everything that needed to be done. The online portal clearly communicated jobs that had been done, bills that had been paid, and income from the rental property. When it came time to sell the house, they got it ready quickly, held an open house, and we received two solid offers within a few days. Everything went smoothly. The only thing that I think could be improved was direct communication. There were times that my calls were not returned even after a few days and I had to call back again. I also would have liked regular updates throughout the process of selling the house.
