This is the second home we have listed with David Azbill. His direct, common sense approach brought me back to list with him again. He knows the area and does his job well.

They have the always been successful in achieving our sales goals and then help finding us homes to raise our family. David sold my house in 2012 and was very nice to work with. Responsive. Often went beyond the call of duty and was always gracious and attentive to our need for privacy and advance notice for showings.

We worked with David Azbill 18 years ago when we bought and sold our home in Minneapolis and we are working with him again, now, as we are downscaling to a smaller home. We have been extraordinarily happy with the service that he and his group have provided. They are responsive, flexible and available whenever we need them.
