The Cooke Team helped the reviewer buy this property

It's not often that you find someone who loves what they do and is an expert at it

It's not often that you find someone who loves what they do and is an expert at it. Jimmy Cooke is such a person. When Jimmy promptly returned my first message and explained options on a property I was interested in, I knew I found the perfect Realtor for me. Jimmy consistently went above and beyond in everything he did. Making videos of potential properties, performing comparative analysis, and giving valuable local perspectives, were just a few things he did. He also took the lead in coordinating the builder, title company, and mortgage people. Not only that, he even did the walk-through for me before closing and sent me a video of things that needed to be done! If you want the real deal, Jimmy is your man. He is the consummate Realtor professional that others can only hope to aspire to.
