We came from out of state to purchase a life long dream, a condo @ Myrtle Beach. Luckily we got Charles & Annette as our Realtors. Over a few months time, as we made several trips back to SC, they met with us & showed us several properties. They went above & beyond what we could have ever expected any Realtor to do, especially during a pandemic. They met us on short notice, they did research on properties that saved us thousands of dollars because of property assessments that we didn’t even know existed.
