Charles & Annette Team was very Professional, Knowledge and friendly. I started working with Charles & Annette over 2 years ago now. I stated out with text. They kelp me informed with new listing by text and email, always checking in with me to let me know if there was anything they could do to help me to please let me know. A little over a year ago I thought I was ready to buy I so I messaged them to let them know what I was looking for, they set up appointments for me to look at several unties at the beach. I found the one I thought was right for me and made an offer but due to a family member’s illness I had to back out. Charles & Annette completely understood, told me when the time was right and I was ready to just let them know. Over a year passed and they never stopped checking in with me and sending me updates on homes for sell. It would have been completely understand if they had dropped me off their Contact list but they didn’t. I recently call just a few days ahead to ask if they could show me a few Condos without any hesitation they got right on it and had several homes for me to tour within just a few days. They always have all the information needed for the homes we toured and had me a package with the information, I’m happy to said that Annette knew Exactly what I was looking for and showed me a home that had been taken off the market, Annette went above and beyond called her client and asked if she could show me the home and it was everything I was looking for and more. They did all the hard work making everything on my end very simple and easy. I hope to work with Charles & Annette in the future. I would highly recommend Charles & Annette at RealtyOne. Charles and Annette were so very professional yet personable with us. They went with us to every home we visited (and we visited a lot). They were open to potential places that we found on our own and were very knowledgeable not only about the properties but the neighborhoods as well. When the seller and their realtor (which we will not name nor recommend) attempted to back out of agreed upon terms of the deal, Charles and Annette were right there with us...even going with us to the attorney's office (shoutout to Scott Umstead P.A. too) as we discussed what our best options were.
