Wonderful people! I loved working with Erika and Alan Bateman while my daughter and I searched for my retirement home. They were incredibly patient in accommodating me throughout my multi-city search. It was initially difficult for me to select the city and neighborhood in Northern California that I would want to live in. The Bateman’s patiently called local real estate agents and city offices of various towns all over the region to find answers to all my questions, such as “what disability transportation is available?,” “how long do permits take to process for new construction?,” “is there an acreage minimum to own a horse?” and “what are the volunteer options?” Regardless of how my questions might have been outside the job scope, I am impressed at how Erika and Alan consistently and graciously took on my concerns as their own. With their amazing ability to communicate effectively, the Bateman team was prompt in finding accurate answers and patient to ensure I understood completely. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Bateman Team, especially for anyone who is not very familiar or comfortable with researching on the Internet or calling strangers, or just wants to work with reliable and respectful agents.
