Just sold my house in 2 days for well over asking price

Just sold my house with David Bartels, only 2 days on the market and for well over asking price with multiple offers! This was in the middle of the pandemic shut down! I could not be happier! David assisted me with his thorough knowledge and his staff was fantastic through the whole process! They provided me with their handyman who did lots of great work to ready my place and David even gave me a moving truck which the handyman delivered. What a great service! We closed escrow early with the help from his office and the great escrow company they use. The whole process went very smoothly, I am whole heartedly grateful!
