The Bandimere Team

This is our second time working with the Bandimere team, we first worked with Babette in the purchase of our first home back in 2012. When it came time for us to begin our next home search in 2019 we knew we wanted to work with Babette again. Babette was our listing realtor and was absolutely amazing with putting our home for sale - we received multiple offers over list price within 24 hours!! We also had the pleasure of working with Lisa in our new home search, we could not be happier with her service. Brenda at the office has been the anchor in this whole process. She responds incredibly fast and has made sure we were taken care of. We can not say enough good things about this team!

5 Stars across the board. My wife and I first worked with Rick Bandimere over 20 years ago when in our mid 20's living in an apartment and dreaming of purchasing our first house. It took a few years before we were able to turn it into a reality, but Rick was always helpful and quick to answer our questions along the way - BEFORE we were even official clients. I'm sure we must've been annoying during that period with reaching out as much as we did, but we never got the feeling from him that he was put out in any way, and he was always friendly and knowledgeable. When we finally were in a position to buy our house, we initially felt overwhelmed with the process. But Rick essentially held our hand through the entire process and everything went smoothly. He even went the extra mile and put us in touch with a landscape company to get the yard into shape when we closed. In our case, we are still living in our first house, and couldn't be happier with it. Over the years we have referred friends and family to the Bandimere Team based on our own experience, and are comfortable referring others. It's always welcomed when Rick checks in with us, and though we are still happy in our home, it's nice to know that he and his team are there if we ever decide to sell/buy again. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him and his team again.

We highly recommend the Bandimere Team. Rick Bandimere helped us sell our home last year and was friendly, reachable and had our best interest. They helped us every step of the way with a very complicated sale. We will use them again when we decide to sell and buy a low maintenance home as we age. I came to know the Bandimere team through Babette Cristilly, who was the agent who helped me find and buy my current home. She was a great agent who also helped me find a resource to handle the financing of my home purchase which was a somewhat complicated back then. Since the purchase of my home, I've been kept in contact with Babette and the Bandimere team through their various annual family events that reach out to their current and past customers - these events have been great fun for my kids and I over the years and I definitely will be contacting them when I am ready to purchase a new home (and sell the old one)!
