Dezlee did an outstanding job throughout the whole process of buying our home in St. George. She was with us, showing us options and potential homes while we were still deciding on moving or not and the timing. She guided us through the whole process, answered each question quickly, addressed any issues. We felt like we can reach out to her day or night, weekends. After closing, she kept following up with us, reaching to the seller agent for questions we had about items in the home. I met Austin Ivie a couple of years ago when I started looking for a second (snowbird) place in St George. I explained I was in no hurry but it needed to feel right. He was so patient, didn't bug me but stayed in touch for me to look at my leisure. I vasilated back and forth between buying an income property, air BNB, or just a place me and me four adult kids could use like the people I grew up with that all had cabins in the mountains for serenity from our busy lives. Well I found a 3 bed 2 bath condo on the golf course in the price range I was comfortable with. He and his expert team had their work cut out for them because the builder years ago omitted some important documents needed by the city but they persevered and after 12 adendums I closed last week.
