Thana was very understanding of our situation, our urgency in finding a home. She was patient with our changing desires. She kept us fully informed as to status of offers, helped tremendously with the often ridiculous and redundant requests for information/forms by our mortgage company. Thana is terrific and was a great negotiator. We were only in town for a few days, so she went above and beyond the call of duty by working with the inspector, painter, and carpet installer on our behalf until we arrived in town just in time for closing. She is priceless!
