Than is a knowledgeable a Realor,he assisted everyone for a smooth transaction

Easy to work with. He was right on with his value of the property and listing price . Than was good with his advice and got us over asking price almost immediately after listing. 10/10 will use Than again

Than was great at making me feel he was available anytime I needed. New the market well and got me the best deal possible.

Than was professional and very knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor

Than did a good job in a trying period. He was almost always available to speak to in regards to the house. The house sold within 1 day of officially putting it on the market. Since I was doing this transaction long distance I appreciated his availability when I called.
