Thai is amazing to work with. He is extremely reliable and always follows through on what he says he will do. When looking at homes, Thai provides thoughtful insight on the home, value, construction, and the overall big picture. He is very flexible and works to fit your schedule as well. I have done a few purchases with Thai, and they have always been smooth sailing, and we always close without a hitch. Great person, great realtor and I look forward to working with him again.

There is no other Realtor you could find more enthusiastic than Mr.Thai Nguyen. Thai went above and beyond for us to get the best house for the best deal . Even after escrow closed he went to our new home and made sure everything was perfect . Not only is he an exceptional relator but also a very professional business man. He went out of the way to find our dream house and succeeded. We are so grateful and highly recommended Thai Nguyen and you will not be disappointed.

Thai did an excellent job showing us the open houses on the market and helping us schedule to see private showings. He helped expedite the process and was there for us whenever we had questions or need advice. Escrow is a difficult process, but Thai made it as smooth as possible. He is well-versed in the real estate market, especially within SoCal. Definitely recommend!
