We worked with Thaddeus on trying to buy a home in 2023. Our price point was sort of unrealistic for the market at the time, but in about a month we were in our miracle home. Thaddeus gave us sound advice on where to go and what to do in the market. Despite having another primary job as a patrol officer, Thaddeus was always able to make time to see listings within 24 hours. In each house he gave us tips on what to look for when it comes to details and repairs. He also made sure to keep us in the loop on what houses were coming on the market through his portal while also personally recommending a couple houses himself. It was a pleasant experience and if I were looking for a home in the area I would absolutely use him again.

Countless times I had cold feet and did not follow-through.
