Overall and in spite of the winter weather, the experience went ok.

TG did a good job with selling the property. The only hang up was the closing date and the money transfer to my account. Knowing the wire transfer cutoff has a deadline in afternoon, I was not able to access my money until the following Monday afternoon, which was very upsetting. Knowing that info...the closing should have been on a Thursday. Also...and not TG fault...the mortgage company called me the other day saying there still is an unpaid balance from the payoff of approx $176. This is a issue the lawyer who was paid has to resolve, as he was paid to handle all payoff matters. I sent him a email to contact Rushmore Servicing and resolve it as that was his job under the agreement.
