We worked with Tetiana last year to buy our first property and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Having worked with couple of other realtors in the past, what really stood out for us was that she's extremely hardworking and was fully vested in getting us the property that we discussed with her in the first meeting. She was always available to answer our questions. She also has pretty extensive access to listings, including off market properties. In fact, our house was off market when she first shared it with our and that helped us get a head start as buyers. We already started recommending her to our family members and would definitely use her for our realtor needs in the future.

Tetiana is a life saver. Not only were we moving from Los Angeles to the Bay Area, but were first time homebuyers. She guided us throughout the entire process and always reminded us that we should stick to our goals, even when we wavered. For example, I wanted to buy a house because it had everything I personally wanted, but the neighborhood wasn’t family friendly. I was upset at first, but my wife really appreciated that and looking back, I do too. I will always admire her for making sure we found a family friendly neighborhood in Oakland on top of looking out for our best interest.
