Ultimately, she was able to get us into a home that both my wife and I thought was out of our reach, she did this by communicating with the sellers agent and finding out the exact day they needed to close, encouraging us to write a letter and putting our lender in touch with the listing agent to assure them of our ability to close. At some point, she went past what we would consider above and beyond and truly fought for us. She wanted to see us in a house we loved. She knew my wife and daughter’s names, we felt like we were “in it” as a team. She helped us navigate a pretty cut-throat market with a friendly, attentive attitude and TONS of diligence and hard work.
