It has been a year since Tessy helped us find a home and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. Tessy was very patient with us when we weren’t exactly sure which area of Los Angels we wanted to purchase in. The market here moves so fast and Tessy really kept us up to speed. Sending us daily updates and responding to all our questions promptly. We were most impressed with how personable she was when speaking with Agents and Sellers. It really set us apart from other Buyers which is what you need in a market like Los Angeles.

First thing that comes to my mind is how responsive Tessy is. When I had questions or concerns, she would get back quickly. Even if she did not have answers on top of her head, she would research and follow up immediately. Another quality is her effort. She went above and beyond to help with our purchase. We live quite far from her home and office, but she never let us feel that. She was ready for showing any time or day. She is also backed by a good team who made the escrow period easy with good communication and e-signable documents. We are happy to back to her for upcoming sale/purchase.

Tessy took care of so much for us during this sale. Biggest challenge was items left in the home but she quickly and efficiently got all the previous owners furniture removed immediately. Friendly and professional!!
