I'd like to start by saying I will be recommending Tessa to everyone buying a house in the north Dallas area. Tessa is very professional, easy to communicate with and pleasant to be around. She made herself very available throughout the entire process, even with our odd work/free hours. We were buying our first house and had plenty of questions which she was able to answer in detail. On the off chance that you run into something Tessa is not equipped to handle herself, which I should add seems like very little, she has built up a solid foundation of professional and trusted contacts to fill in those little gaps. All in all Tessa has clearly earned all the high praise she has received.

Tessa was a blessing. We could not have asked for a better realtor. She was extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process, as well as the areas surrounding DFW. She made herself available at any time, day or night, and consistently updated the houses we were viewing to the tastes that we were developing along the way. She also gave us advice to help save us from ourselves on several occasions. We ended up finding the house of our dreams, and closing on it, all within a six-week period thanks to her tireless efforts. I honestly don't have enough nice things to say about Tessa. She not only became our realtor but, also, someone I consider a friend.

You may ask, "Well why Tessa?" I've met many of Real Estate Agents in open houses and have met several Real Estate Agents in my recent years. Although I was not buying the home, Tessa took the time to show me around the home and explained to me her services as a Real Estate Agent. As a result, I told several friends of the home that was for sale. I should have told my friends sooner; as the home sold quickly.
