Buying and selling a home is one of the most important and stressful thing in life. My husband and I had a list of things that wanted in our new home, or so we thought. Tess listened to everything and add some things to our list since she is also our friend. After few days of intense searching we found our dream home! Tess helped us through every step of the closing process for our new home. We also had to sell our condo, Tess and her team have gone above expectations with their attention to details and professionalism. From the pictures for our listing, the several open houses, inspections, appraisals, walking us through the detailed process all while we were in a different state.
