Our Sweet Road property was unique in that it had a several acres of land and 3 floors of living space. It was a few miles from town so nothing was in walking distance. Tess knew the potential buyers were limited so she arranged to have professional photos taken including a drone fly over on her dime. Tess actually came to the house and helped us declutter in preparation of the photo shoot. Tess arranged for some open houses and arrived early each time to ensure our home was ready to show. The property sold within a month and above asking. The buyers told us the additional information Tess provided on her professional website regarding the great schools and special events in the small town sealed the deal.
