Tess Pollitz was incredible in helping us as a client three times now - as first time buyers, seller

Tess Pollitz was incredible in helping us as a client three times now - as first time buyers, sellers, and now buying our second home - and we absolutely recommend working with her! Tess is always steps ahead of the game and competition, presenting opportunities before they hit the market. Both times as buyers, through her effective strategy and guidance, we were able to get the first house we put an offer on. And as a Seller, we were able to set a record breaking price for our area, vastly exceeding our expectations and making the future house of our dreams a reality. Tess and her team provide an exceptional experience throughout every step of the process. I always felt I was a top priority, although I know Tess is in high demand with her clients. We are loyal clients and highly recommend Tess Pollitz.
