As someone unfamiliar with the homebuying process, Tess helped me get up to speed and got me looking at my first few homes within a week of being introduced to her. I only had some vague idea of what I wanted, but I didn't really know the specifics of what I wanted at first. I would say she sized me up pretty quickly after looking at the first few homes, and after feeling out the market a little bit, I feel like I developed a profile for myself that Tess understood pretty well. She helped me figure out what I needed to do when making offers and eventually, I was able to land an offer on a place I really wanted! Communication-wise, Tess was very responsive to email, text, and calls. She would get busy sometimes, as we all do, but her staff was there to answer any questions I had and help me along as well. She'll listen to what you want, and she'll bring you back down to earth as well if your imagination starts getting too hopeful. Overall, I had a great experience with Tess. I would recommend her services to my friends and family.

Tess was fantastic. The sell of our home ended up being a complicated mess that drug out for months, especially when one buyer wanted to pay almost 20% less than the agreed upon price the day before escrow was to close and we had to start all over again. She was always available to reply to calls, text messages and emails promptly. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable about all the little things that needed to be done in order to have escrow close on time so the proceeds of the sell could be used to purchase our new home in another state. We completely recommend Tess to anyone looking to buy or sell their home without any reservations. She came through for us in every possible way!
