Superlative agent! Helped us avoid a bidding war!
Tess was an incredible agent in every way. She really understood what we wanted in a house, and was eagle-eyed about the pros and cons about every option. When we were out of town, she took detailed videos for us. She was always available, responsive, and helpful, and made it possible for us to avoid a bidding war on the property that we purchased! She made the entire process positive and enjoyable and minimized the stress! She also gave us great and useful guidance on selling our home. We have recommended her to all of our friends, who have also had excellent experiences with her. She's altogether awesome!
