We very much enjoyed working with Tesha. We were easy clients in that we changed properties on her twice, and changed financing on her as well. She remained even tempered throughout the process though we called multiple times with questions. She was always very helpful.

She is very personable. She cares and makes you feel as tho you are her only client. She always answered my questions as soon as possible, no matter how silly. She had people stage my house which made my brochure gorgeous. I had a stipulation of living in the mother-in-law apartment. So a letter was placed on the counter hoping to find the right buyer. She did it. We sold in 4 months, even if it was holiday season. Once in awhile we get to meet people who truly are honest and caring. She and her staff are those people.
