Having lived and worked in Chicago for over 25 years, I am able to use my expertise of the various neighborhoods I’ve lived and worked in to educate my clients ensuring they are able to make a decision they are comfortable with. My extensive knowledge ranges from everything such as which buildings are pet friendly, where are the best tree-lined streets to live on, what neighborhoods are you able to find yards to garden in or even all of the neighbors located around the theater district downtown! Before working in Real Estate I was a hotel Concierge. This experience provided me with many of the skills needed to help those who want to buy and sell. It helped instill in me a diligent approach that provides my clients with the peace of mind that comes from knowing their transactions are handled effectively. Attentive listening which I believe is the first step toward understanding a client's individual needs and ultimately helping them accomplish their goals.
