Terry Winter

I met Terry and Tom at an open house I saw a sign for. We had a good chance to visit and I told them I had a couple houses I would like to see and they set it up. They were never pushy in any way and just wanted to help. I made an offer and it was excepted by the owners. I live in Minnesota and bought in Arizona for retirement. Getting all the paper work done by phone and email was a lot of work and Terry and Tom went way beyond what I expected. When they said they would do something, they did. When the said they would call, they did. They definitely went above and beyond in everything. Now I not only consider them My Realtors but also My Friends.

Terry and Tom are wonderful! Terry helped me with the whole process of buying my first condo and even went above and beyond . Terry and Tom genuinely care that you are happy and get what you are looking for. I was new to the area and she provided me with the people that could do the plumbing work to fix the bathroom. And i had other issues and Terry was there every step of the way. Terry is more than just my realtor, she is like family. Over the years we stay in contact and will help me in any way she can. I wouldn't refer anyone else to my family and friends.
