He was very knowledgable of the ins and outs of the field and always would take extra time to explain things to me when I did not understand. He was beyond patient with me during the home buying process and never pressured me into going forward with something that I was not comfortable with. Trying to buy a house during the coronavirus pandemic was very stressful and made the process a lot more difficult to navigate through. However, I was very glad that I had Terry as my agent during this stressful time to help explain the new polices and changes of the real estate world during the pandemic.
