Terry was fantastic to work with. He listened to what I told him my needs were for a house, the area I wanted to stay in and my budget. He helped guide me through the entire process of buying my first house. He was there for me every step along the way from the showings, to walk-throughs at the new house (I purchased new construction) and all the way through closing. I even had questions for him after that he was quick to answer me. I don't foresee needing a realtor again for several years, but when I do, he will be the first person I call. I would recommend him to anyone needing an agent.
