It was great working with Terry to find my first home! He asked all the right questions to help narrow down neighborhoods and types of houses I was interested in. Once the offer was made, he was available to answer any questions I had. I always felt like I had his support and he checked in during the (long) close to make sure I was comfortable. Overall, super happy with my experience and so excited to have found my new home with Terry’s assistance!

Terry was warm, available, and helpful through my first home buying process - which is why I am so disappointed that I cannot recommend him. There was a huge miscommunication that was discovered after closing, and instead of owning up to the mistakes he made, I was told I should have read my documents more carefully. Unless you are willing to triple check the work at every step of the process, take your money elsewhere.
