Since I normally sleep in the daytime Terry would not hear of me operating a motor vehicle during what is usually my sleep time. He came and picked me up and dropped me off during every single step of the process. I told Terry what I required in a property, with quite an extensive list, and in less than 24 hours he found a property for me in the town I wanted with every single box ticked. From the time I gave him the list until closing date was only 35 days because he made everything so smooth, quick and easy as possible. There was not a single negative thing during my experience with Terry. Terry was greatly helpful in negotiating with the seller on all the things that I required for them to complete before I was comfortable with buying the property. I really can't say enough positive things about Terry. I would never use or recommend any other agent. I was supposed to be on complete bed rest during this time period but Terry made everything so incredibly easy that I hardly even noticed what was required of me. I never in my wildest dreams imagined that it could be so simple and quick to find a property that was my dream home.
