She was as surprised as we were about recent drastic changes in our narrow market, but was able to show us what we needed to see & helped strategies to get the place we chose. Did not get the thorough cleaning we asked for - we spent days clearing sand left by the thorough cleaning the crew did.

We think Terry is a talented realtor. She is energetic with lots of information about the local culture . She referred us to reputable contractors to help us with any repairs or improvements we needed. She is responsive and would go out of her way to help us if needed. We would definitely recommend Terry. She was a lot of fun to work with too! We are very happy with our new beach house and the neighborhood.
