It seemed as if Terry Records came in to save the day. I had an offer on a home with another realtor and the day we were to close, the seller backed out. That whole transaction lasted 4 months! One week later terry Records found the perfect house for me! She negotiated the contract and found a better loan for me so that I could have the home of my dreams. We are set to close in a months time! Terry Records has been available to me via email, texting, telephone to answer any and all of my questions. What a delightful experience this has been since she has agreed to be my realtor.
