I used Terry while trying to downsize from my house to an apartment and then again from apartment to a new build. With the housing market the way it is, finding something within a price-range and having an offer accepted is no easy task. Terry made it look easy. I decided to go with a new build after being out bid multiple times. Terry stayed on top of the construction and helped address things along the way. I can't say enough good things about him!
